TYLER STATLER

Tyler Statler was born in Rockford, Illinois, and grew up in Roscoe, Illinois. He attended Hononegah High School, where he graduated in 2019. During his high school career, Tyler excelled on the field, earning league MVP honors two years in a row. In his senior year, he was awarded the Most Courageous Player award after overcoming a significant facial injury sustained during his junior year.

 

Right out of high school, Tyler was selected in the 14th round of the MLB Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals as a pitcher. In 2022, he transitioned to the Colorado Rockies organization, where he played for a year and a half before spending a season in independent ball with the Billings Mustangs in Montana where he decided to hang up the cleats and call his final season.

 

From 2019 to 2022, Tyler shared his passion for the game by giving pitching lessons at D-Bat Humble in Humble, Texas. After that, he returned to Illinois and opened his own facility to continue mentoring young athletes. Tyler takes great pride in teaching skills that were not

Dylan Sayles was raised in Rockton, Illinois where he attended Hononegah Community High School. Dylan was a 4 year Varsity starter for their baseball team and an influential piece during their 2021 state appearance.

 

After high school, Dylan attended Indian Hills Community College, one of the top Junior College programs in the nation. During his two years, Dylan played in close to 100 games across the outfield, first base, and behind the dish. He is currently in his junior season at University of Wisconsin- Parkside where he hopes to have a large impact this spring.

 

Dylan hopes to give back to the game of baseball by not only improving kids skill sets, but also improving their understanding of the game of baseball.

JARED "BLOOMY" BLOOM

Jared "Bloomy" Bloom is a former college baseball pitcher with over 20 years of baseball experience. The lefty played his travel ball with the Rockford Big Dogs and high school ball at Rockford East, helping them win their first Regional title in 28 years & obtaining the single-season saves record.

 

He played his college ball at Rock Valley College before buckling down and focusing on his education. Outside of his baseball knowledge, Jared recently finished a master's degree is sport psychology and is currently working his way to being a Certified Mental Performance Consultant.

JONATHAN "JT" EDMUNDS

Jonathan “JT” Edmunds attended Clovis West High School in Fresno, California. He played Junior College Baseball at Porterville College and then attended McPherson College in Kansas, helping the school achieve their first KCAC championship in School history. He has 20+ years of experience and knowledge with the game.

 

JT can’t wait to give back what he was taught and help kids succeed while they have fun playing the sport they love. He takes pride in coaching and helping kids accomplish their dreams they’re trying to pursue. Outside of baseball, JT has his Bachelor Degree in Sport Management.
